This is an improved version of the Bootstrap Vertical Tabs package, which provides assistance to developers in the creation of a vertical tabs component that is completely responsive within a Bootstrap 5 or Bootstrap 4 project.

It uses CSS media queries to identify the size of the screen that is currently being displayed, and when the view is too narrow for the vertical tabs on the side, it automatically switches to using horizontal tabs.
